Job Summary

We are looking for committed fitness professionals to lead our 60‑minute, heart‑rate‑based group workouts. As a Fitness Coach, you will motivate members, teach correct form, and create a welcoming environment that keeps them excited for future classes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre‑defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve personal goals
• Ensure members use correct form and provide corrective feedback
• Understand the science behind our heart‑rate‑focused training programs
• Act as a team player and immerse in studio culture
• Coach a minimum of 8 classes per week

Qualifications

• Education: Current fitness certification approved by Orangetheory Fitness (ACE, NASM, AFAA, NSCA, ACSM) and valid AED/CPR certificate; over 10 hours of continuing education yearly.
• Experience: Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, & body mechanics; 2+ years as a group or personal trainer preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, time management, and customer service; ability to multi‑task; team player mindset.
• Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is a plus.

Physical Requirements

The role requires frequent standing, signaling with hands, and lifting up to 80 pounds. Employees must manage the demands of leading the full‑body workout and demonstrating exercises.
