OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach‑inspired, science‑backed, technology‑tracked workouts. We need coaches who make members feel welcome and integral to each hour spent in our studio. The physical demands include regularly being on your feet during the entire workout, demonstrating exercises, and sometimes handling equipment such as Bosu trainers, medicine balls, dumbbells, TRX, and mini bands. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
