Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or GED.
• One year of customer service experience preferred in gym or retail.
• CPR certification required.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn systems quickly.
• Strong supervisory, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about health and fitness.
• Excellent customer service and problem-resolution abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with front desk involvement and greet members.
• Answer phones, assist callers and check members in.
• Manage staff scheduling and supervise shifts; support Club Manager.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve member issues.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the club facilities.
• Assist in ordering supplies and tracking budget-based needs.
• Maintain weekly, monthly, and annual statistics and reports.
• Support marketing efforts and daily bank deposits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
