Job summary

Taymax Group, a Planet Fitness franchisee, is seeking a Front Desk Associate in San Antonio, TX. You will greet members, handle check-ins, answer phones, sign up new members, and assist the Club Manager with daily cash handling.

You’ll also help maintain a clean, welcoming facility and support member inquiries with professionalism. Qualifications include 18+, High School diploma or GED, basic computer skills, punctuality, reliability, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact professionally with members and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, sign up new members, and calculate rates.
• Assist the Club Manager by counting the drawer as needed.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club; complete daily tasks within the first hour of shift.
• Complete priority cleaning lists, perform walk-arounds, and assist with special projects as needed.
• Other duties based on club needs.
