The position emphasizes a strong sales mindset, customer service excellence, and the ability to motivate both staff and members, with Sunday production as part of the schedule to support peak times.

Responsibilities

• Coach front-line staff to improve performance and adherence to standards.
• Support marketing initiatives and community outreach to grow brand awareness.
• Maintain professionalism, high energy, and accountability for results.
• Be responsible for Sunday production and ensure smooth club operations.
