Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in fitness and/or management.
• Ability to maintain high standards at the gym.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing, training, and performance monitoring.
• Lead the team to meet KPIs and enhance member experience.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and facility cleanliness.
