Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness and/or customer service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience executing objectives quickly and effectively.
• CPR/AED certification required (obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training high-performing staff.
• Monitor staff performance to meet KPI standards.
• Ensure compliance with all Crunch policies and procedures.
