acac Richmond clubs is seeking a Manager on Duty (MOD) to lead daily operations, ensure safety, and deliver Five Star service across the club from opening to closing. You’ll oversee front desk, fitness floor, Kids Zone, café and facility standards, coordinating across departments to keep everything running smoothly.

We value proactive problem-solvers with strong communication, leadership under pressure, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality, fitness, or fast-paced service roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills and calm under pressure.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Carry a walkie-talkie and be ready to act—fast.
• Perform 90-minute club walkthroughs to ensure readiness.
• Monitor fitness floor etiquette and member interactions.
• Step in for Kids Zone or group classes as needed.
• Assist with emergency response and incident reporting.
