Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Service/Sales Associate in California to greet new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. Build genuine relationships, listen to goals, and offer personalized solutions to support their wellness.

You will welcome guests, ensure a clean, safe gym environment, and provide a friendly, informative experience. Availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required, with TrustLine requirements for Kids' Club locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays to best serve our member community.
• TrustLine registration for California locations with Kids' Club.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and connect them with the right resources.
• Keep the gym clean, safe, and well-maintained for all members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative, and inclusive guest experience to inspire members in their fitness journey.
• Assist with onboarding new members and help them connect with available fitness offerings.
