Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead sales, drive member enrollment, and build a high-performing team. You will report to the District Sales Manager and focus on improving processes, delivering exceptional member experiences, and achieving revenue goals.

The ideal candidate brings a passion for fitness, proven sales leadership, and the ability to motivate staff. This on-site role in Frisco, TX offers growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales management experience.
• 3–4 years of customer service experience.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff including Assistant General Managers and Fitness Consultants.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff.
• Set and achieve membership and revenue goals; track KPIs and develop retention strategies.
• Provide constructive feedback focusing on strengths and improvements.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing member concerns and inquiries.
• Engage with members in a friendly manner and listen to needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain certifications.
• Supervise facility maintenance, cleanliness of equipment and spaces.
• Communicate calmly with staff and members during emergencies.
