Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role in fitness/health club or hospitality.
• Experience in staff management including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Experience with sales, marketing, and customer service in gym/health club settings.
• Familiarity with financial management including budgeting, reporting, and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day gym operations to run efficiently.
• Lead, mentor, and manage staff including trainers and front desk personnel.
• Develop and implement staff training programs to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Manage the gym budget and monitor membership sales, revenue, and expenses.
• Implement strategies to increase revenue and control costs.
