Job summary

A local fitness organization in Apple Valley is looking for a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to members. The candidate should have experience in service-oriented positions, excellent communication skills, and love for fitness. The role includes greeting members, promoting privileges, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This position offers hourly compensation between $12.50 - $14.50, along with commission and various benefits, including free gym membership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greets all members & guests with a smile and enthusiasm.
• Assists with membership, retail, and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including childcare and classes.
• Checks in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures.
• Answers phones in a courteous, helpful manner.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
