Dayton is seeking a Fitness Manager in Los Angeles to lead a private training and MMA coaching team. You will drive revenue through private training and supplement sales, manage scheduling, and ensure exceptional member experiences.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff while upholding club policies and standards. The role reports to the VP of Fitness and expects strong leadership, coaching, and execution of sales strategies.

Formación

• In depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to design.
• Working knowledge of the DotFIT program and software.
• Must operate and adjust all fitness equipment.
• Knowledge of company policies and safety procedures.
• Strong customer service focus and positive attitude.
• Clear written and verbal communication; organized and multitask.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Word/Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team of coaches and potential leaders.
• Maintain an engaged Personal Training/MMA team aligned with values and goals.
• Ensure coaching productivity and attainment of daily, weekly, monthly revenue goals.
• Handle member service matters, tours, and signups for training agreements.
• Schedule, monitor, and review performance and operations with leadership.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and compliance with club policies.
