Crunch Fitness in Los Angeles seeks an Assistant Fitness Manager to lead a team of trainers and drive member experience. You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and collaborate with the Membership Team on PT sales and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience driving financial performance and sales in a gym/fitness setting.
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop a high-performing trainer team.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead trainers and drive member experience to achieve KPIs.
• Oversee PT sales initiatives and calendar management.
• Collaborate with Membership Team on sales and service delivery.
• Cover Manager on Duty responsibilities when needed.
• Ensure staffing targets and interview/hiring processes are followed.
