WHAT THIS HEALTH AND WELLNESS ROLE ENTAILS:

Schedule:

Your part-time schedule will include a maximum of 30 hours per week, with shifts available:

• 7 AM - 12 PM, Monday - Friday
• 4 PM - 8/9 PM, Monday - Thursday
• 8 AM - 12 PM on Saturday

Day-to-Day:

As our part-time Fitness Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our members have a rewarding fitness experience. You'll greet members warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide guidance on equipment usage. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the fitness area will be part of your daily routine, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring equipment, enforcing club policies, and promoting club amenities and events.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness or hospitality setting
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor

Knowing fitness equipment and exercise techniques is highly desired. Having a CPR/AED certification is a plus!
