Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.
• Comply with training requirements per State and Federal laws (training provided).
• Preferred: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Preferred: CPR certification.
• Preferred: tuberculosis (TB) test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient laundry and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor health changes.
• Ensure patient safety and report significant changes to supervisor.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when required.
• Monitor and record patient temperature and ambulation.
• Conduct range of motion exercises and simple physical activities.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to care protocols.
• Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines.
• Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading.
