Sea Breeze Food Service, Inc. is seeking a reliable Fish Cutter / Fish Packer to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.

This full-time, on-site role involves preparing, cutting, cleaning, and packaging fresh fish products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. You will cut, clean, fillet, and pack fish, remove bones and scales, and ensure products are packaged neatly for distribution.

Formación

• Experience in fish cutting or seafood handling preferred; training may be provided.
• Ability to handle sharp tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Able to work in a cold, fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Cut, clean, and fillet fish according to industry and company standards
• Remove bones, scales, and unwanted parts efficiently
• Package fish products neatly and accurately for distribution
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools

Pay Scale: $16.50 (subject to change depending on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Fish Cutter / Fish Packer to join our team. This role involves preparing, cutting, cleaning, and packaging fresh fish products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.

Job Responsibilities

• Cut, clean, and fillet fish according to industry and company standards
• Remove bones, scales, and unwanted parts efficiently
• Package fish products neatly and accurately for distribution
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools
