Job summary

Santa Monica Seafood Company is seeking a Fish Cutter/Packer to join our wholesale seafood team in Denver, CO. This full-time role offers a 2pm–10:30pm schedule, pay rate of $27–$28/hour DOE, and a competitive benefits package (401(k), paid vacation, sick time, personal days, health, life and dental).

You will package and label fish products, maintain quality and safety, and work in a refrigerated environment to prepare shipments.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with aid as needed.
• Willingness to work an evening schedule (2pm–10:30pm) up to 6 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Package and label fish products according to specifications.
• Maintain product quality and food safety standards during production.
• Work in a refrigerated production environment.
• Prepare finished products for shipment and distribution.
• Assist with product handling, sorting, and packing operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.

Santa Monica Seafood Company is a leader in wholesale seafood distribution to the foodservice industry has an opening for a Fish Cutter/Packer. Schedule: 2pm - 10:30pm up to 6 days a week (Saturday off)

Pay Rate: $27 - $28/ hour DOE with great benefits!!

• Packaging and labeling fish products according to company specifications
• Maintaining product quality and food safety standards during production
• Working in a refrigerated production environment
