Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Experience with general ledger analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage fiscal contracts including renewal dates and performance reports.
• Prepare invoices for funders and validate program spending.
• Assist supervisor with budgets and financial reporting.
• Navigate internal systems to extract data for documentation.
• Review contracts to understand billing requirements.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
