Qualifications

• Passion for holistic student development and growth.
• Ability to inspire and facilitate small group discussions of texts.
• Current Notre Dame faculty, exempt staff with a graduate degree, or Congregation of Holy Cross.

Responsibilities

• Active leadership as instructor of record for MOR 10101.
• Participate in ~6 training/development sessions in Spring/Summer 2027 for new faculty and ~3 for returning faculty.
• Facilitate weekly 75-minute class sessions and collaborate with the Moreau Peer Leader.
• Engage with students outside class and provide timely assessment and grades.
