Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee continuous improvement to maximize efficiency.
• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
• Allocate daily work duties to maximize shift performance.
• Inspire team to meet KPI targets using effective leadership.
• Ensure health and safety practices in daily operations.
• Complete and submit daily reports; propose action plans to improve service levels.
