Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year+ powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• One year+ experience as Team Lead preferred.
• One year+ experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• One year+ experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• RF scanner knowledge/experience required.
• Valid forklift operator’s license certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective leadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Independent work and teamwork capability.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proactive with responsibilities.
• Safety-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement for operational efficiency.
• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work to maximize shift performance.
• Inspire team members toward improved KPI achievement using appropriate leadership styles.
• Provide orientation and tools to employees to perform their jobs.
• Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
• Handle daily paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Submit daily reports and propose actions to improve operations and service levels.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
