Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics Inc. (CLI) is seeking a 1st Shift Team Lead to drive frontline operations in our Texas warehouse. You will lead hourly staff, coordinate training, and partner with the supervisor to optimize material flow and 5S practices.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in warehousing, 1+ years leading teams, and strong communication skills. forklift experience preferred, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years leading hourly personnel.
• Forklift experience preferred or ability to pass training.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify processes for improvement in material flow and 5S.
• Shift reviews with leadership to include visual management and inventory deviations.
• Coordinate training, work schedules and assignments and conduct shift transition meetings.
• Investigate and determine causes of defective work and advise on corrective measures.
• Develop and implement process initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Responsible for continuous improvement.
