Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Member / Forklift Operator for the 1st shift in Buckner, KY. You will safely operate forklifts, manage inventory, and ensure FIFO/FEFO while maintaining GMP, HACCP, SQF compliance.

Responsibilities include support for shipping/receiving, SAP-based documentation, and 5S initiatives, with opportunities to lead or train teammates in a collaborative environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; forklift certification a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts, box trucks, and SAP inventory systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (e.g., forklift, SAP).
• 18+ years of age.

Mansioni

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines, and related equipment; maintain documentation.
• Move materials, ensure FIFO rotation, and stage materials to prevent downtime.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA and safety policies; report concerns.
• Use SAP for inventory transfers and reporting; participate in 5S and training.
