Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Member in Columbia, SC. You will operate forklifts, manage inventory, and support production and packaging while adhering to SQF, GMP, HACCP, and other food-safety standards.

The role offers full-time hours on a 2-2-3 schedule, with overtime as needed. Base pay is $22.31 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications (e.g., forklift, SAP) a plus.
• Experience operating equipment like forklifts, box trucks, and SAP inventory management systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (e.g., forklift, SAP, Train the Trainer, etc.).
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines, and other related equipment.
• Move materials and ensure FIFO rotation.
• Accurately and timely stage materials to prevent production downtime.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company food safety policies.
• Participate in inventory counts and use SAP for reporting.
