Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 1st shift at our Buckner, KY facility. You will lead the warehouse team, ensure production schedules are met, and drive continuous improvements in safety and quality.

The role requires managing staff, coordinating resources, and adhering to FDA/USDA guidelines. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Competenze

• 4-year degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience in logistics or warehouse role as lead or higher.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts to meet operating needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with people at all levels and in a team environment.
• SAP experience a plus.
