Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound/outbound activities in a fast-paced facility. The role emphasizes accurate order picking, quality checks, pallet preparation, and safe material handling.

You will use WMS tools and operate equipment to move products from intake to outbound shipping, maintaining compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include cross-training across warehouse areas, participating in projects, and ensuring timely, accurate processing

Qualifications

High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
RF scanner and/or voice picking experience highly preferred.
Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice.

Responsibilities

Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building, wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and shipment preparation.
Picks large case items with equipment or small unit items onto designated carts.
Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products; follow regulations for refrigerated products when required.
Drive material handling equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jack, forklift, cherry picker, reach truck).
Complete housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Work on routine tasks requiring problem resolution and communicate concerns to management.
