Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations for 1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm) to lead a warehouse team and ensure efficient daily operations. You will oversee schedules, coaching, and performance to meet customer service levels.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and scanners, and a willingness to work overtime. A 1st shift focus with growth opportunities in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Availability for flexible schedule and overtime.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or 3PL experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Always maintain a clean environment
