Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors and team members to ensure commitments are met.
• Guide supervisors on personnel, quality and safety matters.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively.
• Make recommendations to improve operations.
• Coordinate maintenance with the maintenance team and manage records and reports.
• Enforce all safety practices and OSHA standards.
