Job summary

Epson America, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 1st shift LTL department in a fast-paced distribution environment in Plainfield, Indiana. You will lead daily warehouse operations, coach hourly staff, and drive improvements across shipping, receiving, and labor planning.

The role requires supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, familiarity with WMS/ERP systems, and a focus on safety and efficiency. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits align with company standards.

Qualifications

2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
Experience with inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) preferred.
Strong people-leadership skills with focus on coaching and accountability.
Problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy, inventory integrity, and on-time fulfillment.
Coach and develop hourly associates through regular feedback, training, and performance conversations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across shipping, receiving, quality, and rework.
Coordinate inbound and outbound carrier schedules to meet customer delivery expectations.
Monitor KPIs and communicate performance results to leadership.
Promote a strong safety culture and enforce security and facility standards.
