Epson America, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator for 1st Shift in our Indianapolis-area warehouse. You will safely operate reach trucks, load/unload trailers, and pick, pack, and ship customer orders as part of a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work safely.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanners is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Strong attention to detail.
• No forklift experience required - training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating reach trucks, order pickers and other material handling equipment (training provided).
• Loading and unloading trailers and containers.
• Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
• Putaway inbound shipments and maintain a clean work area.
• Ensure compliance with safety and documentation procedures.
• Participate in cycle counts.
