Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor in Kentucky to plan layouts, supervise daily operations, and ensure efficient storage and shipment of goods. You will set work schedules, assign duties, and enforce safety and quality standards in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. A high school diploma or GED and 3–4 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to four years relevant, job-related experience.
• Two to three years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
• Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues.
• Advises and Enforce safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
