Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking an on-site warehouse professional in Kentucky to handle daily picking, packing, inventory control, and loading operations. You will lead by example, train teammates, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, working with forklifts and RF scanning tools.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and forklift certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expert in processes and technology applications related to the area.
• Directs work of team members as instructed by the supervisor.
• Ensure orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and timely.
• Perform inventory counts and adjust as needed with authorization.
• Operate forklift or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety, security, and regulatory procedures.
• Fills client orders safely and efficiently per Crane SOPs.
