Job summary

Linak US is hiring a Warehouse Associate I for the First Shift (6:00am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri) in Louisville, KY. The role involves selecting, packing, auditing sales orders, loading outbound shipments, receiving and material handling to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and experience with warehouse operations, handheld scanners, and forklift/reach truck equipment. Benefits are offered as part of the employment package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations and with handheld scanning equipment.
• Familiar with forklift and reach truck operations.
• Able to follow picking tickets, packing slips, and BOL.
• Available for first shift 6:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Execute internal flow of raw materials and finished goods.
• Support Inventory and Warehouse management.
• Perform daily inspections of powered equipment.
• Apply First-In-First-Out method to all orders.
• Communicate discrepancies to Leadership.
• Complete daily 6S in assigned areas and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Assist with loading outbound shipments and auditing sales orders.
