LINAK Louisville is hiring a Warehouse Associate I for the first shift (6:00am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri). The role supports on-time delivery, quality and lean practices while handling picking, packing, and auditing of orders. Candidates should have a high school diploma and warehouse experience with scanners and basic inventory skills.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have experience in warehouse operations and operate common warehouse equipment.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience with handheld scanning devices and basic inventory skills is preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping methods (LTL/TL) and basic safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and audit sales orders for outbound shipments.
• Load outbound shipments and perform receiving and material handling.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow 6S practices.
• Operate powered equipment and report discrepancies to leadership.
• Follow all DPW/SPW instructions and complete daily tasks.
