Job summary

LINAK US in Louisville, KY seeks a Manufacturing Assembler I for 1st shift (6:00 am–4:30 pm, Mon–Thu). You will assemble products meeting quality and schedule in a safe environment using hand and power tools.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED, 6+ months assembly experience, and readiness for job rotations. Lean Manufacturing/5S experience is a plus; OT on Fridays possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of assembly experience preferred.
• Must be goal oriented with enthusiasm.
• Lean Manufacturing / 5S experience is a plus.
• High efficiency, productivity, and flexibility required.
• Must be able to perform job rotations / cross training.

Responsibilities

• Read instructions and assemble products or sub-assemblies.
• Use a wide range of Hand Tools.
• Use a wide range of Power Tools.
• Follow safety procedures and company rules.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Produce according to schedule using standard procedures in a work cell.
• Utilize tools to foster Continuous Improvement.
