Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and staff.
• Ability to handle challenging client situations with tact, patience, and understanding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology or willingness to learn.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and ensure a positive client experience in the waiting area.
• Coordinate between clients and veterinary staff to support care delivery.
• Handle high-volume client interactions with calm, compassionate communication.
• Assist with scheduling and recording using practice software (EzyVet/Smartflow).
