CERAMTEC NORTH AMERICA LLC in Willoughby, OH is seeking a Molded Full-time Technician to maintain and set up ceramic core tooling and fixtures, following procedures to ensure operator safety. The role includes die setup, tooling maintenance, and collaboration with tooling engineers to resolve issues.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, basic measuring tools, and a proven attendance history.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent attendance and dependability required.

Mansioni

• Set up dies on injection presses and ensure proper operation.
• Disassemble dies and clean/store after use.
• Perform chrome checks on dies and polish tooling.
• Interact with tooling engineer to resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation and keep work area organized.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and team lead.
• Complete end-of-shift duties including production reporting and TPM/6S.
