CERAMTEC NORTH AMERICA LLC in Willoughby, OH is seeking a Molded Full-time Regular Operative to operate injection molding machines and manufacture ceramic cores in accordance with SOPs, ensuring quality and efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, experience in manufacturing, and proficiency with precision measuring devices. The 3rd shift runs Sunday–Thursday, 11 PM–7 AM, with overtime as required. Benefits are provided.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Use of precision measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attendance & dependability required.

Mansioni

• Operate injection molding machines to produce ceramic cores.
• Follow documented job-specific work instructions.
• Maintain mix level in hopper and prepare die for injection.
• Visually inspect parts and identify defects.
• Load parts into containers (saggers) per procedure.
• Input data to the production system using a handheld scanner.
• Maintain documentation and paperwork.
• Meet production goals and quality requirements.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and follow safety rules.
