DAI is seeking a 2nd Shift Injection Mold Set Up Technician in Willoughby, OH. You will perform ceramic injection mold set-ups, troubleshoot molding machines and manage material changeovers, ensuring proper mold conditions and part quality.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in injection molding setup, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. The role supports a full-time schedule with overtime as needed and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2–4 years experience in injection molding setup and processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using precision measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Excellent attendance and dependability.

Mansioni

• Set-up and tear down molds on injection machines per D.O.P.
• Maintain basic die cleaning and maintenance.
• Operate molding machine setups and changes as needed.
• Monitor processes and inspect parts for quality.
• Identify and correct process problems to reduce scrap.
• Communicate between shifts clearly and consistently.
• Complete end-of-shift tasks including production reporting and TPM/6S.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
