DAI Ceramics in Willoughby, OH is seeking a Molded Full-time Regular Operative to operate injection molding machines producing ceramic cores. You will follow SOPs, inspect parts, and input production data while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Role requires HS diploma or GED, good attendance, and experience in manufacturing. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Use of precision measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attendance & dependability a must.

Responsabilidades

• Operate injection molding machines to produce ceramic cores; ensure quality and compliance with SOP.
• Follow documented job instructions and load procedures into the production system.
• Visually inspect parts and identify defects; maintain clean, organized work area.
• Input data to the production system with handheld scanner; complete required paperwork.
• Maintain hopper mix level, prepare die, inject, and remove parts; meet production goals.
• Communicate with supervisors, quality inspectors, and fellow operators; follow safety rules.
