Job summary

TFT Global (USA) Inc. is seeking an Inspector Supervisor to oversee assigned inspectors, ensure professional representation of TFT, and support CVP/Vantage related tasks. You will prepare work instructions, supervise data collection in Vantage, and validate time sheets.

Candidates should have strong communication skills and familiarity with ISO standards. The role may involve local travel to customer sites, with a competitive hourly wage and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Familiar with ISO standards and their application in inspection processes.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle and insurance; willingness to travel as needed.
• Willingness to undergo criminal background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical.
• Local travel may be required to inspect sites and coordinate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Hands on supervision of assigned Inspectors.
• Represent TFT in a professional image at all times.
• Understand and operate CVP/Vantage related processes as applicable.
• Prepare work instructions and train Inspectors on their execution.
• Gather and review data in Vantage; authorize daily time sheets for Inspectors.
• Provide input into Inspector performance appraisals and competency reviews.
• Liaise with Customer Representatives for relevant customers; communicate with customers as needed.
