Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a shift, ensuring safe, on-time production of high-quality PCB products. You will supervise production staff, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement on the line.

The role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and accountability, with responsibilities that include equipment maintenance, safety, and meeting daily goals. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• One to three years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• One to three years supervisory experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Problem solving and resolution aptitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively by telephone and in group meetings and discussions.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety, quality & compliance among the team while maintaining good manufacturing practices at a high level within the department through the involvement of all team members.
• Enable a culture of Operational Excellence throughout the production line/area cross-functional team
• Ensure effective two way communication within the production line/area cross-functional team
• Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product
• Ensure daily production goals are met
• Communicate with Director of Operations and Production Managers to maintain workflow and notify of employee concerns
• Study production schedules and estimate completion of job timelines
• Dispatch personnel and equipment in all situations
• Manage, motivate, develop and involve production associates through coaching and performance management.
• Foster teamwork within the production line/area cross-functional team.
• Embed the company values through demonstration & recognition of individual & team behaviors.
• Effective recruitment, selection, training of new employees.
• Schedules and assigns work within the unit to regulate workflow and meet required schedules.
• Provides technical assistance and supervision throughout the unit.
• Orders necessary supplies to perform jobs within the unit.
• Ensures proper maintenance of unit equipment and tools.
• Performs and/or assists in special projects as assigned.
