Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in North Jackson, OH seeks a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team focused on quality, safety and on-time delivery. You’ll train staff, schedule work, and resolve production issues to meet daily goals.

You will promote a culture of accountability, coordinate with operations leadership and ensure GMP compliance while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced PCB manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• One to three years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a production team to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets.
• Promote safety and GMP compliance within the line.
• Schedule and assign work to maintain workflow and meet production goals.
• Provide coaching and training to production staff; drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate with operations leadership to resolve issues and optimize performance.
