You will supervise production staff, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement to meet schedules and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, scheduling, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train production employees on safety, quality, and standard work procedures.
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet customer schedules and on-time delivery goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Promote and sustain 5S workplace organization and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Monitor production performance, quality, productivity, inventory levels, and turnaround times.
• Review production schedules and assign labor to meet operational requirements.
• Interpret blueprints, work instructions, specifications, and production orders.
