Job summary

You will develop frontline talent, partner across functions, and drive operational excellence in a startup manufacturing environment, focusing on safety, throughput, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in supervision.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S/6S, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Coach production associates and drive engagement, accountability, and strong performance.
• Champion Safety, 6S, and Lean Manufacturing to drive continuous improvement and throughput.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Planning to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs through Tier Meetings, data analysis, and corrective actions to sustain performance.
