• Develop and coach frontline talent and drive engagement.
• Champion Safety, 6S, and Lean practices to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Planning to resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs and lead Tier Meetings with data-driven actions.
