Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing production team with hiring, training, retention, and coaching.
• Monitor daily production orders, ensure accurate shipments and proper product coding.
• Ensure all line stations are staffed and machinery is functioning; maintain USDA inspection readiness.
• Promote safety practices and collaborate with other supervisors to resolve issues.
• Provide ongoing education on quality and process improvements.
