Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team; hire, train, retain, and coach staff on policies and benefits.
• Guide stretches before shifts and rotate workstations during the shift.
• Review daily production orders; ensure accurate shipments and record keeping.
• Ensure staffing and machinery readiness; support USDA inspections.
• Promote safety and lead monthly safety meetings.
• Oversee processing operations and coordinate with other supervisors.
• Provide ongoing education on quality and process improvements.
