Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a first shift Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities and ensure on-time delivery. You will plan, assign, and monitor production tasks while enforcing quality standards and safety procedures.

This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on coaching with cross-training responsibilities. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supervision within a manufacturing setting, with familiarity in ERP systems and CAD/CAM processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/engineering/related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ERP, quality management, and CNC/milling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes the production plan and meets daily production numbers.
• Plans daily activities for production personnel and aligns with schedule.
• Monitors operators for quality via standardized checks.
• Supports hiring and selection of production staff.
• Oversees training and cross-training, reviews progress, adjusts plans.
• Provides direction, sets performance standards, and conducts appraisals.
• Participates in regular safety inspections to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintains shop floor cleanliness and stock levels of materials.
• Directs off-shift production activities and manages logistics.
